AI-native development platforms

What it is. Platforms where small teams build software with generative AI doing much of the writing, testing and wiring. Gartner calls them fast, flexible and increasingly enterprise-ready.

The India angle. Every large Indian IT firm is rebuilding delivery around these tools, which is exactly why hiring now favours developers who can direct AI, review its output and debug what it gets wrong. Fundamentals matter more, not less.

AI supercomputing platforms

What it is. The heavy compute layer behind AI: GPU clusters, model training infrastructure and the data centers that run them, with strict cost and capacity oversight.

What it is. Technology that protects data while it is being used, not just stored, so AI and analytics can run safely on sensitive information.

What it is. Multiple AI agents that hand work to each other to finish complex tasks, the next step beyond single chatbots.

What it is. Smaller AI models trained for one industry, delivering higher accuracy and compliance than general models in fields like banking, pharma and law.

What it is. Intelligence moving into the physical world: robots, drones and smart equipment doing operational work.
